During rehearsals and mandatory time in the dressing rooms, contestants must not leave the area for any reason unless accompanied by or given permission by a chaperone. Courtesy and proper language is required when dealing with other Contestants, the pageant staff, and the staff of our pageant venue! Contestants must be on time to all scheduled events; this includes, but is not limited to, reporting to the dressing rooms at the required times. None of the Contestants (outside of competition), their parents, friends, relatives, etc., are to engage any of the Judges or Auditor in conversation at any time prior to the absolute conclusion of the pageant. There will be absolutely NO smoking in public, and NO drinking of alcoholic beverages by the Contestants at any time during the pageant weekend. All cell phones brought by contestants must remain in silent mode. Do not use your cell phone during designated rehearsal time. Please be respectful of other contestants and do not take photos or selfies while in the dressing room area. All contestants are responsible for doing their own hair and make-up during the pageant events unless they choose to pay the optional hair and make-up fee and agree to only go to the hair and make-up room designated by Vanbros and Associates. Only pre-approved hair and make-up artisits will be allowed in the designated hair and make-up room. You alone are solely responsible for everything you bring to pageant weekend. Anything of value should not be left in your hotel room. Any item lost or stolen is not the responsibility of Vanbros and Associates.

NOTICE: Failure to adhere to these rules can result in the disqualification of the Contestant and in her removal from the Pageant Show. By signing below you acknowledge that you agree to these rules and regulations.
